Our Baking Process & Ingredients

Where are my pastries made?

Every treat is handmade with care and baked fresh daily in our central kitchen. We deliver them to our stores every morning so they are at their best when they reach you.

Why are your pastries so good?

We believe that good baking starts with honest ingredients and a lot of heart. We follow a "clean label" approach—no additives or artificial preservatives—just the kind of ingredients you’d want in your own home:

  • Quality Dairy: Grass-fed New Zealand butter and fresh Australian milk.

  • Traditional Aromas: For our cookies, we use Wysman and Golden Churn for that nostalgic, rich scent.

  • The Essentials: Farm-fresh eggs and real, award-winning vanilla beans.

  • Real Chocolate: We bake exclusively with Callebaut chocolate from Belgium.

  • Natural Touches: Pure nut pastes from France and Italy, all-natural fruits, and homegrown edible flowers.

Are your pastries Halal?

Yes, we are happy to share that our pastries are Halal-friendly (strictly no pork or lard). A few of our recipes use a small amount of alcohol for flavoring—if you’d prefer to avoid it, just let our team know and we’ll be happy to suggest something else!

Do you have options for special dietary needs?

We want everyone to enjoy a treat! We’ve thoughtfully created a curated range of Vegan, Gluten-Free, Keto, and Diabetic-friendly options. Please let us know what you need, and we’ll do our best to help.

Storage & Freshness

How long will my pastries stay fresh?

Since we don’t use preservatives, our products are at their peak on the day of purchase. You can also check the "best serve" suggestions on each product page on our website for more details.

How should I store and serve them?

  • Chilled Storage: Except for our cookies, please keep all products in the chiller to maintain their freshness.

  • Serving Tip: To enjoy the intended texture, please let chilled pastries sit at room temperature for a bit before serving. This allows the premium butter to soften naturally.

Orders & Delivery

How far ahead should I order?

  • Standard Cakes: We suggest placing your order at least 2 days in advance.

  • Corporate, Weddings & Special Events: For large gatherings or custom designs, about 2 weeks' notice helps us give your order the care it deserves.

  • Cake Emergencies: If you have an urgent request, please give us a call! We will always do our very best to find a way to help you.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! To make sure your treats arrive in perfect condition, we rely on our own dedicated team of couriers:

  • Medan: IDR 40.000 (Complimentary for orders above IDR 600.000).

  • Jakarta & Tangerang: Fees start from IDR 45.000 (Motorbike) or IDR 70.000 (Car), depending on your location.

Can I ship to other cities?

Because our pastries are delicate and need to stay chilled, we don't use third-party shipping services outside of Medan, Jakarta, or Surabaya. If you’re traveling, we often suggest "hand-carrying" them to ensure they stay fresh and beautiful until they reach their destination!
