Where and how my pastries are made?
Our pastries are all handmade and freshly baked daily at our central kitchen in each cities, then delivered to the stores every morning. We use only the very best ingredients available, including free range eggs, New Zealand butter, Japanese cake flour, fresh Australian cow milk, world known chocolates including Valrhona, Cacao Barry and Callebaut, and all-natural fruits, homegrown edible flowers, including Tahitian vanilla.
How long will my pastries stay fresh for?
All our products are made without artificial preservatives and we always recommend eating them on the day to enjoy them at their best. You can find each product's care instructions and best served on our website.
When storing pastries in the fridge, except cookies and croissants, always allow it to come to room temperature before serving. We do not recommend freezing our pastries.

We recommend ordering cakes a minimum of two days in advance. For weddings and other large orders it is advisable to give us as much notice as possible. Larger cakes, especially bespoke caterings, require more notice and we recommend giving at least two weeks’ notice or more if possible.
