Made out of ultra moist and soft chocolate sponge cake, Brooklyn is layered with whipped Belgian dark chocolate cream and drizzled with Belgian dark chocolate ganache. Covered with dark chocolate buttercream, Brooklyn is topped off with freeze-dried raspberries, fresh blueberries, edible flowers, and edible gold.
