To make our cakes vegan, we don't use animal products such as eggs, dairy, honey, gelatine. We also avoid shortening, and only put all the good stuff into your cake! Substituting butter with sunflower oil and canola oil is just one of many swaps we did to make satisfying sweet tooth possible for our vegan friends.
